Greetings, I'm Edmond, with over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry. Apart from my role as a personal trainer, I actively participate in various bodybuilding competitions, consistently securing victories in recent years.

In my earlier years, I was a slender individual, weighing only 45 kilograms before embarking on weight training. The motivation behind my initiation into weight training was to enhance my strength for martial arts. Initially lacking a structured routine or diet plan, I made progress but plateaued in my teenage years, reaching around 80 kilograms. At the age of 20, encouraged to compete in a local junior bodybuilding competition, I realized my limited knowledge about proper nutrition, feeling lost and unprepared. Although I managed to reduce my body fat to 11%, it fell short of the extreme condition required for competition, resulting in a 4th place finish.

Recognizing the need for guidance, I sought the expertise of Mr. Wong Ngai Hong, Malaysia's first IFBB professional bodybuilder. Training with him daily for a year elevated my physique to new heights, achieving a body fat percentage below 6% for the first time. Currently, I am under the guidance of Ariel Guong, continually learning and refining my approach with each preparation.

Through years of competing and training clients, I've gathered valuable insights. Firstly, understanding the scientific nuances of various diet methods is challenging, especially without a mentor. Secondly, achieving significant results requires a harmonious balance between training and diet, with many individuals overestimating their efforts.

I aim to share the wealth of knowledge and experience I've accumulated in the sport, particularly with those facing challenges in transforming their physique.
